wlyc Scholarship
The WLYC Scholarship is available to all students entering college, trade school or the military in the fall. Current high school graduates will receive $600 for their first year of college and are eligible for $300 up to 3 additional years of college attendance to total $1500. Our WLYC family is proud to acknowledge the accomplishments of our young adults!

WLYC Scholarship Fundraising Events:
Scholarship Weekend - The Scholarship Committee, along with applicants and their families, traditionally volunteer their time during this weekend in August to make it a success.
Poker Tournament - Saturday night
Raffle - Sunday
Duck Races - Sunday
Scholarship Golf Tournament- A Sunday in September at Holly Ridge
50/50 Raffles at various functions.
Monetary Donation Gifts to our scholarship fund can also be made directly in name or anonymously. Donations should be sent to the address below and marked “scholarship” in the memo to indicate attention to the WLYC Scholarship Fund:
