WLYC Scholarship Volunteer Form

REQUIRED HOURS OF VOLUNTEERING

All applicants must volunteer a minimum of 4 hours over scholarship weekend. Once the applicant has met the 4 hours, a member of the scholarship committee will sign off that the hours have been completed.

All applications must be received no later than June 30th. At that time, the scholarship committee will contact those applicants, and discuss which day over scholarship weekend that the applicant would like to volunteer. If the applicant is unable to volunteer over scholarship weekend , you will have another option of selling raffle tickets for a 50/50 raffle at a function prior to scholarship weekend.
