WLYC Scholarship Information

For the past twenty years, Wequaquet Lake Yacht Club has support our young family members by offering a WLYC Scholarship and Dan Gallagher Scholarship.   Our membership realizes that as young members grow up and begin college, support from home is important.  We commend all of you, and understand what a huge step it is for some of you to continue your education by attending a college or university. 

Through out the summer Scholarship funds are raised through 50/50 raffles, Golf Tournament, and a Scholarship weekend full of activities for everyone to enjoy.  A weekend of events is an enormous responsibility.  Therefore there is a scholarship committee, which will depend upon applicants and their families to volunteer their time during the weekend to make this a success. A sign up sheet can be found at the club on the bulletin board.

Donations to our scholarship fund should be sent to the Treasurer at WLYC, P.O. Box 399 Centerville, MA 02632 and marked to indicate attention to WLYC Scholarships.
